Mission Endure 41: What We Learned Living On Our Food Storage for a Month

I found a great article on selfsufficientprojects.com called “What We Learned Living on Our Food Storage for a Month.” It was an article written by Kara Stiff, who I do not know. It gave some Lessons Learned for those of us who try to prepare for disasters. Like Kara, we have a disaster pantry and we have eaten almost exclusively out of it since the Covid Quarantine started last March 20, so for the last 11 months. We have been out to eat a handful of times over the last 11 months, but eat almost every meal from our pantry. We have learned a lot and I will post our own Lessons Learned when we get to the 1 year point next month. There are many reasons to have a pantry like this. Disaster preparedness is only 1 reason. Enjoy the article.
